A fine west of Scotland mahogany 8-day long case, the well figured mahogany case inset with charming inlaid motifs to the hood, central door, and corners of the plinth. The rectangular hood surmounted by applied swan neck pediment enclosing a polychrome 14″ break-arch dial in fine original condition and carefully conserved cream dial under a pair of pierced guilt brass hands and subsidiary date and hour hand.
